Welcome to another installment of #Allpodcastmatter. This week on the show we confabulate on a plethora of topics. Donnie takes a trip to the Philippines, our sources say it isn’t lumpia related.
Mark Green, senator from Tennessee , pulls out from the running for Secretary of the army, post making ignorant remarks about transgender people.
Raul Labrador states that no one dies from not having healthcare, this is coming on the heels of the repeal of the American Health Care Act. Due to various pre existing conditions many millions of Americans would no longer qualify including, both people on this show.
The Officer who shot Jordan Edwards has been arrested and charged with murder. Samantha Bee’s husband says he’s not racist but wants to segregate schools.
Kendall Jenner continues her streak of being not awesome.
We also talk about Big Baller Brand shoes.
This week’s fireside chat is Budden vs Lil Yachty.
In movie news Batfleck begins his training regimen, Aquaman starts filming. Kevin Feige confirms MCU and Netflix will indeed crossover. We saw some jawesome trailers Defenders and The Dark Tower.

Pepsi and Nivea both had questionable at best advertisements this week. I can only assume someone wanted to lose their jobs.

This week’s top 5 is classic computer games.
Musical Guest, DJ Fresh – The Tonite Show
I just read the first issue of A.R.K. From Fracture Comics. Fantastic read, It is a mash up of a bunch of my favorite things. Comics, manga and cyber punk. The art is kinetic and keeps up with the action packed story. The book is efficient, makes very good use of limited pages to open a compelling first arc. A story set in the not too distant future charges our heroine with saving the world from an evil corporation how relevant to the times. Mikayla narrowly escapes some pretty bad ass looking robot guards, and says good bye telepathically to some one close to her. She seeks help with a former love interest. This new character has had a fall from grace and is reluctant as Mikayla dashes off into the night to make her next move . You can pick up a volume of the book over here http://www.fracturecomics.com/.
While this is all wild speculation I think it is a very well possible. Marvel has recently seen the light as far as doing some course correction as far as lack of women and people of color. How ever there still isn’t a Black women led film.
In the current run of the comics (spoiler alert) Jane Foster has taken the mantle of Thor. Jane is played by Natalie Portman in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However Portman has exited the franchise.
Tessa Thompson has been cast in the role of Valkyrie in Thor Ragnarok. I’d imagine this is the last Thor film. Steve Rodgers seemed to put the shield down at the end of Civil War. We haven’t seen a fourth Iron Man film. I’m willing to bet we will see new people pick up the mantle going forward.
So with all of this being said this being said Ragnarok could leave the door open for a solo Valkyrie film and taking the reigns as the lead Asgardian on the Avengers as well.
This episode of #AllPodcastsMatter we discuss Suicide Squad. We usually have similar opinions on films, but not this time. Were you a fan of Instagram Joker? Should Harley have had pants on? Thanks for listening.
